The knowledge base contains extensive information about NRG and is updated continually. In the event that the NRG knowledge base cannot answer your question it will be automatically escalated to our customer support team for investigation.

Telephone Support

Our support team are waiting to take your call. Your problem will be logged in our call management system and will be managed through to resolution. The consultant will gather key information from you and will agree a priority with yourself. You will be updated regularly to keep you informed of progress.

Upgrade Release Program

Deploying the most recent product update enables you to stay current with software improvements and maximise your investment in NRG. Supported customers receive all product updates, which include valuable new features and functionality as well as patches and performance enhancements.
